Shipping policy
CONTINENTAL U.S. SHIPPING
Shipping Charges are calculated on all orders based on the following:
TOTAL ORDER VALUE Shipping Amount Charged
$.01 to $149.99 $ 14.99
$150.00- & Up $ FREE FREIGHT
All orders of $150.00 and up will ship with no additional shipping charges. Orders of $149.99 and less will incur a flat rate shipping charge of $14.99.
Most in-stock items will ship in 2 to 5 business days after your order is placed. Depending on your location, most orders will arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping. For expedited shipping, please contact our Support team.
Certain larger items, and orders that contain multiple items, will be shipped via Freight Carrier (truck delivery). Freight shipments may take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery and are curbside only. We recommend securing assistance if needed, to move the items inside your home. In some cases we can offer an inside delivery service. If you are interested in inside delivery please contact Support before placing your order to confirm additional charges.
For orders with backordered items, your items will ship as they become available unless otherwise discussed.
For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories, please contact our Support team for a quote. These destinations are not currently included in our standard shipping policies.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Thomas Lee Living is not making international deliveries.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• If after your order is placed, an item on your order is determined to be on back-order we will notify you by email with an expected shipping date
• Some items are shipped in multiple containers
• Certain items may require assembly
• WE RECOMMEND THAT ALL HARDWIRED ELECTRICAL ITEMS BE INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED LICENSED ELECTRICIAN
DAMAGES & RETURNS
Please inspect each item of merchandise carefully upon arrival. Even if you do not intend to install or assemble your items immediately, they should still be opened and inspected for damage within 48 hours of receipt. If an item arrives damaged, contact our Support team within 48 hours so we may quickly process your replacement and pick-up the damaged / defective item.
